Welcome to Bars on Wheels. By using our website (barsonwheels.store) or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Services
Bars on Wheels sells used 2-horse trailers and provides custom horse trailer to mobile bar conversions. We also offer shipping and delivery services for the trailers we sell and build.
2. Orders and Acceptance
When you submit an Order Form, you are making an offer to purchase a trailer or conversion service. We will confirm your order by sending an invoice. A contract is formed only after we receive your deposit and confirm the order.
3. Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve and start an order.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before pick-up or delivery.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- We accept ACH and wire transfers.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
4. Custom Builds and Conversions
For custom mobile bar conversions:
- The final design and features will be based on the details we agree on before work begins.
- Changes requested after work has started may result in additional costs and delays.
- We will keep you updated during the build process.
5. Used 2-Horse Trailers
Used trailers are sold in the condition described at the time of sale. Each used 2-horse trailer sold for customer conversion comes with a bill of sale. We inspect trailers before listing them, but they are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship all trailers safely using trusted delivery partners.
- Shipping is available at $1.20 per mile (one way), fully enclosed and insured.
- Discounted rates may apply for West Coast deliveries — contact us for current rates.
